My work spans over two decades in the areas of social services and education with roles in crisis recovery, mental health, domestic violence, parenting education, and family literacy.
Trained in Biblical Counseling, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (B.A.), Masters of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.), and relevant facilitator certifications in Trauma Healing, Marriage Enrichment, and Parenting Instruction.
I attribute much of my interest in the dynamics of family to my personal experiences of being the eldest of six children and uniquely connected to literally hundreds of relatives through my father and late mother’s equally large families.
